Agility along with most other skills is located through the Skilling Portal at home.

You can start training agility at the mats south in the Skilling Zone.

Agility Skilling Area

At level 60 you can start training on the Agility Course.

Agility Course

At level 75 you can start training on the zipline course by talking to the Zipline Instructor.
