The Combo trinket is an item you receive from Armies of Anubis (commonly shortened to AoA). You get a 5 rolls of the drop tables per run of AoA, 1 roll from each of the Gilded Sarcophagus.
Combo trinket can only be obtained from the Room 4 and Room 5 Gilded Sarcophagus's.

Item sources
After every room of Armies of Anubis (AoA) you gain the chance to loot the Gilded Sarcophagus. The Combo trinket is gained only from Room 4 and Room 5.
